At AKS, every piece is thoughtfully crafted after your order is placed. Since our garments feature handcrafted embroidery, embellishments and statement detailing, we request you to read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We aim to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy
We currently offer one complimentary size exchange per order.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be free from perfume, stains, makeup marks, deodorant or any signs of use.
Once your returned product successfully passes our quality inspection, your exchange order will be processed.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, our team will assist you with the best possible alternative.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Returns
As every AKS garment is handcrafted after an order is placed, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Colour preference
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Minor variations in embroidery or embellishment
We encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive:
- A damaged product
- A manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item
- A product with missing components
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at aksofficial.co@gmail.com along with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging (if applicable)
Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once verified, AKS will offer either:
- A replacement product (preferred), or
- A full refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable.
Handmade Products
Every AKS piece is individually handcrafted in Kolkata.
Slight variations in:
- Embroidery
- Bead placement
- Sequins
- Threadwork
- Colour tone
- Hand-finished detailing
are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
These details make every AKS piece unique.
Reverse Pickup
For eligible exchange requests within India, AKS will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
In such cases, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed after successful quality inspection, subject to prior approval from our team.
Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.
AKS reserves the right to reject requests if:
- The garment has been worn.
- Tags have been removed.
- The product has been washed.
- The product is damaged due to customer handling.
- The product fails our quality inspection.
The decision of AKS shall be final in such cases.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Since every AKS product is made to order, cancellation requests received after production has commenced or after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
Refunds
Refunds are provided only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Product damaged during transit (after verification)
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
