Every AKS product is designed with close attention to detail.

Many of our products feature handcrafted embroidery, beadwork, sequins, embellishments or decorative patches. Since these elements involve skilled craftsmanship, slight variations in placement, colour, texture or finish may naturally occur.

These variations are not defects but are a part of the uniqueness of handcrafted fashion.

While we strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and photography.

Product availability is subject to stock availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

Section 4 – Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We currently accept secure payments through approved payment gateways including:

• Digital Wallets

• Other payment methods available during checkout

Prices may change without prior notice.

In the event of an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, AKS reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

Section 5 – Production, Shipping & Delivery

Most AKS products are made with handcrafted embellishments and require careful production before dispatch.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Orders are dispatched within 9–10 business days.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS or WhatsApp wherever applicable.

While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines, delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of AKS.

Section 6 – Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Products eligible for return or exchange must:

• Be unused.

• Be unwashed.

• Have original tags attached.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery will not be eligible.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, customized or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Section 7 – Product Care

Our garments are designed for everyday wear while preserving handcrafted detailing.

To ensure longevity, we recommend:

• Hand washing garments inside out.

• Using mild detergent.

• Avoiding harsh scrubbing directly on embellishments.

• Drying in shade.

• Avoiding direct ironing over embroidered or embellished areas.

Improper care may reduce the lifespan of handcrafted elements and will not be covered under manufacturing defects.

AKS uses secure payment gateways and reasonable security measures to protect your information.
