At AKS, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail before it reaches you.

Our signature embellished tees feature handcrafted embroidery, beadwork, sequins and statement patches that require time and precision to create. We believe great craftsmanship can’t be rushed, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.


 

Order Processing & Production

Every AKS order is made with care in Kolkata, India.

As most of our products are handcrafted, please allow 9–10 business days for production before dispatch.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation along with your tracking details will be shared with you.



Shipping Timeline

Standard Shipping (India)

Production Time: 9–10 Business Days

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days after dispatch*

Shipping Charges: FREE on all prepaid orders.

*Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.



Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.

Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.



Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.



Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural calamities

  • Government regulations

  • High order volumes or festive seasons

In such cases, AKS will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control, but our team will always do its best to keep you informed.



Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing an order.

AKS shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.



Multiple Orders

Orders placed separately may be shipped individually depending on product availability and production schedules.
