Shipping
Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- Reverse Pickup Service: Home pickup charges ₹100. The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Product Integrity: Returned items should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. In case you have received any damaged product from us, please share the photos for us to review & resolve.
Refund Policy
- Please email at aksofficial.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide further return instructions based on your location.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the criteria, we will process your refund.
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider but generally takes 5-10 business days.
Non-Serviceable Areas
- If you are located in an area where our return service is non-serviceable, you need to return the item(s) by your own means.
Additional Charges
- Prepaid orders that are cancelled by the customer after dispatch will be charged ₹100 for the reverse shipment.
Processing Time
- Once we receive an order, we will process it out for delivery within 5-6 business days.
Packaging
- Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
