Shipping
  • We offer free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • Reverse Pickup Service: Home pickup charges ₹100. The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Product Integrity: Returned items should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. In case you have received any damaged product from us, please share the photos for us to review & resolve.

Refund Policy
  • Please email at aksofficial.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide further return instructions based on your location.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider but generally takes 5-10 business days.

Non-Serviceable Areas
  • If you are located in an area where our return service is non-serviceable, you need to return the item(s) by your own means.

Additional Charges
  • Prepaid orders that are cancelled by the customer after dispatch will be charged ₹100 for the reverse shipment.

Processing Time
  • Once we receive an order, we will process it out for delivery within 5-6 business days.

  • Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
